JAMIE CHADWICK JOINS FORCES WITH ASTON MARTIN CHELTENHAM

Posted on Jul 31st, 2015

Rising British GT racing star, Jamie Chadwick, in partnership with Aston Martin Cheltenham as a brand ambassador.

At only just 17, from near Tetbury, Gloucestershire, she is currently studying for her ‘A’ Levels at Cheltenham College, whilst also developing a successful career in motor sport – the youngest and one of only two female drivers in the prestigious British GT series – racing a 400hp Aston Martin V8 Vantage.

For 2015 she is assigned to the Beechdean Aston Martin Racing Team and is leading the GT4 class, alongside her team mate Ross Gunn – with wins at Rockingham and Silverstone and 2nd places at Oulton Park and Spa Francorchamps. She also co-drove her Aston Martin to victory in the Britcar 24 Hours race at Silverstone in May – all of this despite not yet holding a UK road driving licence!

Jamie has also been selected as a member of the Aston Martin Racing young driver development programme – The Evolution Academy.

The partnership with Aston Martin Cheltenham, part of the H.R. Owen Group, will see Jamie support the dealership across digital media, event campaigns and specialist customer driving days.

Commenting on the partnership, Craig Davison, Brand Director at Aston Martin Cheltenham said: “Aston Martin Cheltenham are very happy to start our new partnership with Jamie Chadwick. Jamie is going from strength to strength in the racing world and is a great ambassador of our brand. We are very excited to be working with her and wish Jamie the best of luck for the rest of the season”

Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, Aston Martin Cheltenham offers striking new and magnificent pre-owned sales of the Aston Martin range, as well as extensive maintenance and repair facilities, staffed by their factory-trained technicians.

Jamie added: “It’s great to be representing H.R. Owen Aston Martin Cheltenham and I’m delighted to have them as an official supporter. Working with Aston Martin through the Evolution Academy driver development programme, and my racing this year, I am learning all the time what makes Aston Martin such an iconic and successful brand. I can’t wait to use this knowledge, together with my unique experience as a young female racing driver, to promote the dealership and encourage more women to enjoy these fabulous sports cars .”
